How does app blocking work?
Benched uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls). You pick the betting apps; Benched puts a shield in front of them. We never see which apps you choose — Apple keeps that private on your device.
Does it cost money?
Benched is free to start. Some advanced features may become a paid subscription later, billed by Apple. There's no paywall blocking the core experience.
Will it work on Android?
Benched is iPhone-only for now. Android is on the roadmap.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings → Reset my progress inside the app, or delete the app. Your data lives on your device, so removing the app removes it.
